YSRCP MLA Srikanth Reddy demands Chandrababu Explanation on State Debts

YSR Congress party senior leader and MLA Gadikota Srikanth Reddy has demanded Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to give an explanation to Andhra Pradesh people on the debt burden mounted on state exchequer. He said that the CM approached many financial institutions and got loans.

The debt burden has been increased to Rs 2.50 lakh crore from Rs 90,000 crore from 2014. Rs 3,000 earmarked for the construction of state capital was spent for only temporary buildings in the capital.

The YSR Congress MLA also demanded the TDP Chief to make public the details of the expenditure incurred on Polavaram and the allocation of Rs 9,000 crore for the project by the centre.

It was shame on part of Chandrababu for issuing bonds in the name of capital city, he said.
