Political Akarsh turns into Vikarsh for TDP in Krishna

The Political scheme of Akarsh turned into Vikarsh in the ruling Telugu Desam Party in Krishna district with the re-entry of former Minister Devineni Nehru into TDP. It has become the reason for flaring up of group rivalry in the party.

Ever since he rejoined the TDP a few weeks ago, Nehru has been trying to hold the grip in Krishna district for Telugu Desam Party. On the other hand, local TDP leaders like Vijayawada MP Kesineni Nani and Gannavaram MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi are opposing Nehru’s role in the Party. Earlier, these two leaders have clearly informed their supremo, Mr.Chandrababu Naidu that Nehru should not interfere in the party affairs in their respective constituencies. However, Nehru is working towards strengthening his own cadre instead of party in the district, Kesineni and Vallabhaneni have alleged. Very recently,Nehru’s followers demolished a culvert leading to a colony where large number of Vallabhaneni followers are living. This led to clashes between the two groups in the same party and the MLA Vamsi lodged a complaint against Nehru to Naidu.

Fascinatingly , both these rival groups belong to the same community-this community equation gives Naidu embarrassment in the district.
