7 Hyderabadis killed as two cars collide

In a tragic road accident, seven persons including five women were killed in a head-on collision between two cars near Kanimeta of Kottapeta mandal in Vanaparti district on Wednesday. Four others were seriously injured in the accident.

According to reports, 11 persons were travelling in two cars baring numbers (TS 08 UA 3801, TS08 EQ 8108) at the time of the mishap.

All the injured were rushed to a nearby hospital, where some persons conditions are said to be critical. The deceased are residents of Hyderabad.

The police registered a case and began the investigation.
