KCR Touches His Guru Feet

Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao is known as a voracious reader right from his childhood.

His command over the Telugu language was praised by his opponents as well.

The Telangana CM felicitated his first guru Mrutyunjaya Sharma at the inauguration ceremony of World Telugu Conference in Hyderabad. Presenting a shawl and momento, KCR touched his feet to seek his blessings.

Speaking on the occasion, KCR recalled that it was Mrutyunjaya Sharma who inspired him to read literary works of Telugu writers during his childhood.

Recalling several famous writers, KCR said that their services to the language will be remembered by the Telugu people. He recalled the names of famous writers like Kaloji Narayana Rao, Varadacharyulu, Suravaram Pratap Reddy, Suddala Hanumanthu, C. Narayana Reddy and many others.
