TPCC President Uttham takes oath not shave his beard

Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee President N Uttam Kumar Reddy has taken an oath to bring back the Congress Party to power in the state. He promised to work hard to fulfill the desire and also announced that he will not shave his beard until he succeeded.

The former Indian airforce pilot Uttam said he is confident that Congress will come to power in 2019 general election and his beard will be promoter of the mission. He further added that people are already cynical with TRS governance. He said that his wife and MLA Padmavati also supported his oath to bring the Congress party back to power in the state.
