He warns them not to screen ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’

BJP MLA T Raja Singh has come into limelight once again with derogatory remarks on ongoing controversy over ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ screening. He threatened to attack cinema halls in Hyderabad if they screen the film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, which features Pakistani actor Fawad Khan as the ‘side hero’. Raja Singh represents Gosha Mahal Constituency.

He became popular by involving himself in several controversies: for his inflammatory comments against Muslims. He wrote a letter to the theaters and called the movie ‘anti India’ and asked the owners of the theatres to resist the screening because its cast includes Pakistan actor, Fawad Khan. Raja Singh asked the managers of Ramakrishna, Santosh, Swapna, Tarakarama and Inox cinema halls not to screen the movie which is expected to release on October 28. The MLA has said in the letter that as Pakistani terrorists and their Army have killed some Indian soldiers, we don’t want any anti-Indian acted movie to be shown in our theatres. People of Telangana have requested me to see that the movie shall not be played in our constituency theatres. Thus, except for the management of Inox, all others agreed not to screen the movie. If anyone screens the movie against public will, they will have to face the consequences,he further added.
