The Andhra Pradesh Assembly Privileges Committee has served notices to 12 YSRCP MLAs for protesting and demanding a debate on special state status in the recently concluded Assembly session. The committee has issued notices to 12 YSRCP MLAs and asked them to appear before the committee on October 25 and 26. The TDP leaders complained to the Speaker that the YSRCP MLAs were continuously disturbed the session with their slogans and frequently entered in into the Speaker’s podium and broken the mikes. The Privileges Committee has issued notices to the 12 identified YCP legislators and asked them to be present before it on 25th and 26th of this month to give an explanation. Based on their statements, an action will be taken up by the committee.
