Needi Naadi Oke Katha is winning hearts all over. Director Venu Udugula is being appreciated for his honesty at story telling without any pomp. Sri Vishnu wowed critics and audience as an underperforming student. NNOK is going great guns at ticket counters too with packed theaters. On public demand, 70 theaters have been added on third day. With this, NNOK may be called more than just a hit.
Nara Rohith is overwhelmed with the film’s success. In fact it’s his first successful production venture. Made on shoestring budget, NNOK has already recovered it in its first weekend. The film reportedly earned 2.30 cr while the producers spent 2.25 cr on the project including promotion.
The film collected a share of Rs 1.90 cr with Rs 1.60 cr in Telugu states and Rs 30 lakhs from overseas.
Monday being holiday on the occasion of Sri Rama Navami is additional advantage to the film to make it big at box office. Hindi dubbing rights fetched another Rs 40 lakhs. Makers are being offered fancy price for film’s satellite rights.
