Owaisi demands penalty for calling Indian Muslim a “Pakistani”

During a debate in the Lok Sabha, All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Tuesday, 6.2.2018 demanded that the Centre introduce a law that penalises the act of calling an Indian Muslim “Pakistani. Those guilty of the act should be given a penalty of three years in prison.

Owaisi also expressed his fears that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government would not introduce the bill. He also said that the triple talaq bill is anti-women.

MIM only helping BJP win elections indirectly

Inspite of all his bravado, Owaisi’s actions speak the opposite as his MIM party has only been indirectly helping the BJP win elections in distant states like Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra where they divide the opposition votes. These are states where the AIMIM has no presence but the gameplan has always worked in BJP’s favour.
