Non-bailable warrant issued against Radhakrishna

A court in Hyderabad issued a non-bailable warrant against Andhra Jyothi managing director Vemuri Radhakrishna after he failed to appear before it in a case related to ‘deliberately’ misleading stories against YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

The High Court refused to exempt Radhakrishna from appearance in the court. The court said Radhakrishna has to be present in the court during the hearing.

However, he failed to appear before the Nampally court today. The warrant was issued for not attending the last two court proceedings.
