Akhila Priya Is Still Grappling To Hold Grip On Her Ministry!

Andhra Pradesh Tourism Minister Akhila Priya is still grapplling to hold a grip on her ministry. The minister’s failure in discharging her duties was throughly exposed after the boat tragedy at Vijayawada which claimed nearly 20 lives.

The minister assumed office five months ago but she was oblivious of her duties and responsibilities till date . She also did not hold a single review meeting on the functioning of Tourism department.

Even as the whole Andhra people were in big shock after hearing the boat tragedy , Akhila Priya was unaware of the action to be taken against the responsible. She did not take any concrete steps to curb such incidents in the future.

Akhila Priya held a meeting with boat managements and government officials. She announced to bring in new Tourism policy and constitue a committee to plug loopholes in awarding permission to run boats at tourist spots.

Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu always claimed his government a high tech and prompt. Practically, the Tourism minister’s style of functioning proved reverese.
