TDP senior leader and MLC Payyavula Keshav reacted strongly to the comments made against him by Telangana TDP working President A Revanth Reddy.
Payyavula asked Revanth to come clean first on his business and political associations with other party leaders before accusing him.
Recently, Revanth alleged TRS Government granted license to establish a brewery industry jointly owned by Payyavula and AP minister P Sunitha’s son P Sriram.
The SP TDP leader said Revanth had once registered a company in partnership with TRS MP and KCR’s daughter Kavitha. However, the TDP leader backed out of the joint venture after mounting pressure by him and other well-wishers.
Payyavula also disclosed Revanth planned to join YSR Congress Party. It was Revanth always looking at other parties for political benefits. The Telangana leader should not have comment againt him as he has associated with TDP since his foray into politics and worked like a TDP soldier.
He also stood in support of Revanth and his family when he was sent to jail in connection with Cash for Vote scam. He was shocked that the Telangana leader made such scathing allegations against him.
Payyavula clarified that he didn’t have any business dealings with either Paritala Sunitha’s family or Telangana government. His nephew had started a microbrewery with partners and that he wasn’t involved in that business at all.
The TDP leader also claimed he possessed complete details of Revanth’s Delhi trips and his secret meeting with Congress high command in the last six months. He would make them public after consulting TDP Chief N Chandrababu Naidu. The MLC said that both Revanth and himself reached this stage with the support of Chandrababu and that the chief encouraged the Telangana leader more than him.
