MPP Kicks Woman Over Land Dispute, Held

In a shocking incident TRS Mandal Parishad President Immadi Gopi kicked a woman in the chest in Indalwai mandal headquarters in Nizamabad.

The video of the TRS leader kicking the woman went viral and kicked up a social media storm.

In the video, Rajavva, a resident of Gowraram village in Khammam, was seen falling to the ground. The MPP got angry and kicked the woman over a land dispute in Indalwai mandal.

The police, who has registered a case against the MPP, on Monday arrested him.
Police said a case has been registered against Gopi under IPC sections 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) and 506 (criminal intimidation) based on the woman’s complaint.
