Fight between Kasu & Yarapatineni hots up Gurajala politics

Local politics in Gurajala Assembly constituency in Guntur district took a new turn as the YSR Congress leader Kasu Mahesh is giving tough fight and countering the TDP MLA Yarapathineni Srinivas Rao’s money power and his misdeeds.

The ruling party MLA has been playing a main role in poaching the opposition YSR Congress leaders by paying kickbacks to the turncoats on behalf of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. Reports says that Srinivas amassed crores of rupees worth assets through hawala transactions with the support of Chandrababu.

The big fat wedding in the MLAs family gave a clear indication that the TDP leader will be a big financier to the party in 2019 elections. The MLA has been facing charges of attack on staff of a cement company owned by YSR Congress party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Against all odds, Mahesh, son of former minister Kasu Krishna Reddy, has been striving hard to strengthen YSR congress party in the assembly constituency. Unperturbed by attacks on YSR congress cadre , the YSR Congress leader was fighting tooth and nail against the TDP leader’s money and muscle power.

People said they are vexed with Srinivas leadership as they have been facing lot of problems.
