The award winning American director, Michael Moore who has emerged as one of the leading Trump opponents has declared that the American public are being manipulated by a con artist! Michael Moore is the director and producer of Fahrenheit 9/11, Sicko and many acclaimed docu-films.

He is also one of the few people who correctly predicted Trump’s victory much ahead of the US elections. After Trump won he famously declared that he never wanted to be more wrong.

On his facebook he posted his views this week warning, “As bad as we know it’s going to be, it’s actually going to be worse. A lot worse.” But he suggested positive and quick action and went on to enumerate 5 ways to stop Trump.

1) All hope is not lost

2) There are more of us than there are of them

3) The roadside is littered with the ended careers of self-absorbed, narcissistic politicians whose arrogance led them to do things that caused their early resignation or impeachment. Don’t think that can’t happen here

4) He asked Americans to speak to their local Congressman/woman demanding that they “block all the damage Trump is going to do.

5) Moore suggested forming rapid response teams to stand up to Trump’s Republican-dominated Congress.“Form your team this week. I’m personally organizing a Rapid Response Team in the apartment building where I live.”

In addition to all the above, Moore asked people to turn up for the non-violent protests organized for Inauguration Day. He urged everyone to join the millions planning on marching through the streets of Washington D.C. on Jan. 20 to “non-violently disrupt the proceedings.”

January 20th is the date for Trump to officially become the US president. By the look of it, no other American President will be as unpopular in his own country as Donald Trump.
