True to intense speculation, TRS Chief and Telangana Chief Minister K.Chandrashekar Rao on 6.9.2018, Thursday, dissolved the Assembly and announced a list of 105 candidates for the next elections.

KCR hints on November elections

KCR also hinted on November elections and declaration of results by December. His decision to dissolve the Assembly and go for early elections was a sacrifice and not politics, he said. The actual tenure of his government has now been cut short by 8 months.

The “caretaker government” will ready itself for the coming elections but ruled out any alliance with the BJP or Congress. It said that it will face the people alone as a secular party. KCR also was harsh on the Congress President Rahul Gandhi, calling him a buffoon. But he also reiterated that he was friends with the MIM party of Asaduddin Owaisi.
