Chiru given Sakshi Excellence Award

Mega Star Chiranjeevi was given the Best Hero Award as part of the Sakshi Excellence Award 2017. Sakshi editorial director Ramachandra Murthy and senior editorial executive Ram Priyadarsini went to Chiru’s residence on August 15 and gave away the award.

Chiru could not make it to the Sakshi Excellence awards this year. Speking on the occasion, Chiru said he could not attend the Sakshi Excellence Awards function as he was busy with the shooting of his latest film Sye Raa. He thanked Sakshi group chairperson YS Bharathi for the award and said this showed her sisterly love for him.

He also appreciated the chocolate box sent by YS Bharathi to him. He said this was very sweet of her. Chiru had participated in the Sakshi Excellence Awards in the past. After receiving the award, he posed with his three granddaughters Sumara, Samhita and Nivruti.
