There is no match to YSR in the Congress party: Danam

Congress Party faced a major blow in Telangana with its senior leader Danam Nagender leaving the party.

He cited lack of powerful leadership like YSR is the main reason behind his exit. He left Congress party to safeguard his self respect.

Speaking to the media, Danam said that the Congress party lacked a leader of YSR’s stature and nobody can protect Congress Party like YSR.

“He used to give me a lot of freedom and take my opinions into confidence. There is no match to YSR in the Congress party,” Danam said.

He, however, praised Uttam Kumar Reddy’s efforts and he is trying to bring back lost glory. He also said that injustice happened to many activists.
