Escalating the debate further, Kamal Haasan, who of late has become active in politics, said “Some anti-social elements have infiltrated among the protesting locals. It is their handiwork.”

“If protesters are anti-social, so am I,” Kamal Haasan said in an emotional tone responding to Rajini’s comments.
