Include Chandrababu name in charge sheet

Demanding the arrest of Chandrababu Naidu in the cash for vote case, YSR Congress has said that his name should be included in the charge sheet to upkeep the democratic norms.

Speaking to media here on Wednesday, party senior leader Bhumana Karunakar Reddy has said that Chandrababu Naidu’s name should have been included long back but there was inordinate delay and in wake of the forensic report, the law should take its own course without any fear or favour.

Though there was adequate audio-visual evidence to nail him down,

Chandrababu Naidu seems to be left off the hook which is not in good taste. The entire country believes that the Chief Minister was involved in the cash for vote scam but still why the delay in naming him in the charge sheet, he said.

KCR had earlier said that no one save Chandrababu Naidu from the cash for vote case but things did not move in the desired pace and there is no convincing answer as to why there was no tangible action for the past three years, he said.

The compromise has led Chandrababu Naidu to flee from Hyderabad though the city was to be the joint capital for ten years. Besides that he has also compromised on various issues including water sharing. After a lull, as the TRS government seems to be showing interest in the case, we demand that Chandrababu Naidu should be arrested after naming him as accused in the charge sheet, he said.
