Major blow to TDP leaders

In what could be a major jolt to the ruling Telugu Desam Party, the Andhra Pradesh DGP has submitted a list of MLAs and one MP, who actively organized cock fights in contravention to the High Court order.

The list includes Kakinada MP Thota Narasimham, TDP MLAs Varma, Datla Buchi Raju, Veeranjaneyulu, Mudiyam Srinivasa Rao, Bode Prasad and Bonda Uma Maheswara Rao. The report also revealed that several TDP leaders and MLas have participated in the cock fight events.

The TDP has all along been arguing that none of its MLAs or MPs were involved in organizing cock fights. With this list going public, the TDP will sure have a lot of explaining to do.
