Mahesh Babu is playing the role of the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh in this movie. The movie script was originally written keeping Pawan Kalyan in the mind. Director Srihari Nanu, who prepared the script approached Pawan Kalyan but he rejected.

“I wrote this story assuming of how it would be, to see an honest person like Pawan Kalyan in the CM position”, Srihari said.

Koratala Siva took the script from Srihari by offering huge amount to him.
