The shooting of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s ambitious period drama “Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy” is going at a snail pace. The film which was launched amidst much fanfare in the month of August is facing initial hurdles.
Star music director AR Rehman waked out of Sye Raa, which is a biopic on the first Telugu freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimhareddy.
The latest buzz about the movie is that it will be shot and even released in China.
Seeing the growing market for Indian movies in China like Dangal and Bajrangi Bhaijaan which have become successful at the Chinese box-office , Chiranjeevi is keen on releasing his period flick in China.
Thye Chinese Government also offers discounts to other countries’ filmmakers who shoot the movies in China.
Considering all these, the Sye Raa unit is said to have decided to shot and release in China.
