Lakshmi Manchu's Letter About Vinayaka Chavithi

The Vinayaka Chavithi festival is being celebrated in a big way in many areas. Already, Hyderabad is looking colourful with Ganesh festival celebrations. Meanwhile, the actress Lakshmi Manchu found that a lot of people have dug up spaces for the construction of arches. She asks who is going to be the responsible person for the execution of all this. In this context she wrote a letter to Minister KTR. The actress, sharing the letter on socal media, said, “Here’s my heartfelt letter on the eve of #GaneshChaturthi. Guys, do share & support if you feel the same.”

In the letter, she wrote, “This morning, I was driving on Road not, Film Nagar one of the traffic-congested roads when I saw dug-up spaces for construction of arches and Pandals opposite the Film Nagar Club. Not just this, I also noticed a lot of overhead cables been cut for carrying tall Ganpati idols across. As a concerned citizen, I want to know who’s responsible for the execution of all this! I also request you in the future to keep a cap on the width and height of the idols and have them monitored. Hyderabad is blossoming into one of the most progressive cities, and we need to maintain this. It breaks my heart to see this happening to our city.”
