Senior TDP leader Varla Ramaiah is missing, yes you heard it right. The leader who is very familiar on TV screens defending the government and the party from Opposition criticism was not seen on any channel in the recent times. And reportedly nobody in the party knows whereabouts of him for almost last ten days or so. However sources in the ruling party said that Ramaiah is very unhappy over selection of MLC candidates and gone into to self exile. In fact Varla Ramaiah he opposed the entry of YCP MLA Uppuleti Kalpana, representing his native constituency Pamarru and also expressed his displeasure with the leadership. However he remained silent since long as the Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu reportedly promised to accommodate in the Upper House. But with Naidu denying MLC ticket, the sulking leader went into self exile, according to the sources. Meanwhile, it was learned that Varla Ramaiah is regretting for targeting YCP Chief Jaganmohan Reddy through media to save the image of the party and the Chief Minister. But the Chief Minister and the Party Chief applied his good old ‘use and through’ the dissident leader reportedly told his close aids. Having said that the MLC elections have created lot of mistrust and the numbers of dissidents is growing by every passing day. Already, KE Krishna Murthy, JR Pushparaj and other has openly raised the bogy of dissidence and Varla seems to be latest entry in this group.
