Chandrababu's meeting with bank officials only for Heritage?

Chandrababu Naidu had promised a waiver of farm loans as part of his poll promise in the general election but he failed to keep up the promise after coming to power.

Now, Chandrababu is doing everything to bail out the farmers who are working for his own company Heritage. Recently, the AP CM held a meeting with bank officials in Mumbai. Though Chandrababu met the bank officials in his capacity as Chief Minister, he is said to have made an agreement with Bank Of Baroda for giving loans to the farmers who provide milk for his Heritage.

This has shocked many officials. They wondered that how can Chandrababu, who called for the meeting in his capacity as CM, fixed agreements for his own company.

On the other hand, AP dairy has been running under severe crisis and Chandrababu is not making any efforts to save it.

Is Chandrababu planning to shut the government diaries and divert the farmers to Heritage?
