After waiting for several hours in a log queue outside a bank in Delhi, a woman stripped off much to the shock of everyone around her.
According to reports, the incident happened in Delhi’s Mayur Vihar Phase-III on Sunday.
The woman came to withdraw money from the ATM and waited for a few hours in the queue. Out of frustration, she removed her top and protested outside the bank against Modi’s decision. The onlookers, who were shocked by her act, informed the people. The police who entered on the scene tried to persuade her. But the woman did not budge. The police later took her to the ATM where she withdrawn her money.
She was later taken to Ghazipur police station for brief interrogation. This incident is reflective of the deplorable condition across the country. The sudden demonetization decision has created a sense of panic among the people.
