If there was one former chief minister who gone into total political oblivion immediately after stepping down from office, it was no other than Kiran Kumar Reddy, the last chief minister of untied Andhra Pradesh.
Kiran Kumar Reddy had walked out of Congress party opposing party high command decision to bifurcate the State and floated his own ‘Jai Samaikhyandhra Party’ just before last general election but draw a blank at the hustling. Since then he was nowhere in the news except in some speculation stories appeared in a section of the press suggesting he is joining this or that party. And once again he was in the news for his funny remarks at his native village recently.
When asked about his future plans, the former chief minister said that marriage has been fixed but refused to ravel other details including brides name and asked the people to wait until they receive invitation. Ever since he made this revelation, speculations are ripe about his joining Jena Sena as all other options are closed for one reason or the other.
“Pawan Kalyan needs some experienced hands and Kiran Kumar needs some platform to start his second innings in politics” so grapevine is growing strong about blooming of love between the two. But there was no official word from either side.
