Hi-tech camp office 

No contractor is coming forward to take up double bed houses, in Hyderabad city of elsewhere in Telangana, despite repeated tender notices, that was what the official told us to believe. But, at the same time the construction of Chief Minister’s dream Camp Office cum residence with all hitch facilities is completed except for finishing touches in few months time, thanks to the contractor.

The new building is coming up just behind the present camp office in Begumpet/ Punjagutta on 9 acre spacious land and the two – floor building will have one lakh square feet of built up space in one acre and the rest of land will be used for vehicle parking and to raise greenery.

While the estimated cost the project was Rs. 33 crores it has escalated to Rs. 50 cores, according to unofficial sources and someone in the close circles believe the real cost of Chief Minister’s vaastu-compliant residence and office building will further escalate by the end of the day. However there were no qualms about Chief Minister having all the world class facilities but why the same spirit is lacking in building double bed room houses, was the question someone pointing.
