So said Hindupur Assembly constituency YSRCP incharge Naveen Nitchal and he substantiated his allegation. The other day the actor turned politician and Hindupur legislator Balaiah (Nandamuri Bala Krishna) visited his constituency to inaugurate a municipal park named after his father NTR and to participate in some other official programs.
No qualms about his participation in official programs but he is not paying attention to the public grievances, alleged Naveen. He said the MLA visits his constituency once in three months and participate in scheduled programs and ‘pack up’ as if he was attending some cinema shooting schedule.
And going by the public feeling Naveen Nitchal who fought against Bala Krishna in 2014 election on YSRCP ticket is more available to the public in their hour of need than the elected MLA Balaiah. In the absence of MLA, his personnel assistant is literally looting the public, the YSRCP leader alleged and added that the corruption has touched its peak.
Meanwhile, political observers too feel that It is better for part time politicians particularly cine heroes who are still active in their carrier to stay away from public life, in the best interest of the people.
