Mudragada announces the plan of action for Kapu reservation

Kapu community leader, Mudragada Padmanabham has announced the future plan of action to accord the BC reservation status for Kapu community. Padmanabham met former Union Minister and film personality Dasari Narayana Rao at his house and concluded to form District, Mandal and Village level Joint Action Committees to intensify the agitation. He said that every fortnight, agitation programmes would be organized across the state of Andhra Pradesh and he shall personally join the protests. He further said that Kapu JAC would meet all Kapu leaders and ask their support to the cause. He further clarified that Kapus are not demanding a share in someone else’s tart. We are not against any community. We want our rightful reservations. We would not have asked for these reservations if Chandrababu Naidu would not have promised the BC status in his poll campaign during the 2014 elections.
